Read evidence and context
Explicit resolution reports before identified causes, performed actions and suggestions. Within each level, matching component labels precede direct query mentions and inherited thread context; successful versus unsuccessful discussion counts, owner confirmations and independent discussion support determine order. This is not a probability of success.

Only bits that have been replaced other than brakes, tyres and service stuff (AFAIK) are one radiator, one MAF, one RMS & clutch (50,000 miles ago), locking module, and a track-rod end.
Leading evidence: 'Replace only bits' (no explicit attributable resolution; this is a reported action or suggestion). Across 1 matching discussions, The most frequently discussed action is 'Adjust hair trigger' (1 discussions). For that action, 0 discussions report a resolution and 0 report an unsuccessful attempt. No action has an explicit, attributable resolution report under the current rules. These are forum reports and suggestions, not a confirmed diagnosis.

Seriously though mate, great to see a 911 being used like it should be.

Counts describe captured discussions, not unique people or a diagnosis. Author identities are not reliably stored. Exact duplicate evidence is counted once across matching discussions; one discussion counts at most once per action/state. Multiple repairs reported together remain a combination. Suggestions and failed attempts do not establish a fix. Matches cover whole discussions and can include related faults, model variants and incomplete threads.

Best laid plans and all that...
Was all primed to be doing an appropriate speed when the odometer clicked over the magic figure, but ended up in an 8-mile, 3-lane, tailback on the M25 (note the temperature gauge!
)
Oh well, still a momentous occasion...
Bl00dy hell, congrats on the big 100000, :worship: and on the temp! Only time I've gotten near that was doing a fast hill climb behind a TVR T350C in 30degree heat... (he had to shut down as all the dash just lit up telling him it was about to explode  )
Big congrats on the 100k though....
Well done Wattie. Just goes to show that you can put miles on a water cooled 911. How long are you planning to keep it now?
Perhaps we should have a poll :?: Walks away in the hope that someone technical will organise it for me
I saw that... :hand:
Cheeky git... Only bits that have been replaced other than brakes, tyres and service stuff (AFAIK) are one radiator, one MAF, one RMS & clutch (50,000 miles ago), locking module, and a track-rod end. So whole drivetrain and suspension is all original
Just realised this means I have now driven 110,000 miles in total in 911s (52,500 in my previous 993 and now 57,500 in the 996 - all in 7 years in total)
Funny you should say that, as I nearly swapped it for a Supercharged RRS last week... Just need to produce more CO2 and get those temperatures back up again
What more than a 100k 996?
Ok, ok, this cheeky git is shutting up now  Before I get :gunfire:
Seriously though mate, great to see a 911 being used like it should be. Hats off to you :salut:
