I have just received my K&N intake kit from the States in good order. Since it was a bit of a bargain compared to buying in the UK I though I'd share the details with ya'll in case anyone else is concidering the same mod. Thanks to AndewM for the original pointer. Its basically the same kit as this one (K&N Intake Kit 996 / 997) I paid about £170 including shipping and customs charges. The cheapest I have found in the UK is over £300 not including postage. Now I know that 130 quid is just a single decent bottle of wine to most of you guys but <chirpy cockney>every little 'elps</cockney git> :lol: The eBay seller I used is here , but there are several others offering the same sort of deal. Fitting instructions look pretty straight forward. Now I just have to get round to doing it, along with the fence I half painted 3 years ago

I have the stock filter at the moment, and will certainly post my experiences back on the forum once fitted. This will defo not be until later in July as I am waiting until after my next OPC service and the expiration of my final Porsche warranty before I go diddling around in the engine bay.
