Coverage and how to read this overview

Counts describe captured discussions, not unique people or a diagnosis. Author identities are not reliably stored. Exact duplicate evidence is counted once across matching discussions; one discussion counts at most once per action/state. Multiple repairs reported together remain a combination. Suggestions and failed attempts do not establish a fix. Matches cover whole discussions and can include related faults, model variants and incomplete threads.

11 eligible posts · 0 unverified posts · 1 discussions match the subject in their title or opening post.

  • 911uk: 1 discussions

0 evidence records excluded for query context · 0 excluded by outcome qualification · 0 adjusted by outcome qualification.

0 acknowledgements have no verified action link; they do not establish a repair result.

POST 1 / ORIGINAL POSTEROriginal post

Can't take any credit for setting this one up. Guide is for a Boxster but identical procedure and fittings so far as Im aware. http://www.realtime.net/~rentner/Porsche/Radiator/Radiator.html Not sure Id bother with the wheel arch liners...

POST 4 / ORIGINAL POSTEROriginal post

I think its worth leaving this one up for a while on the normal board to let people see that its there then move it to the FAQ. Very handy link from whoever went to the trouble of photographing the whole thing.

POST 5Original post

Great stuff. My climate control is not cool at all. Going into JZM next week for its service, hoping they'll give me a diagnosis of just needing a re-gas (The car is 10 years old after all), but none too hopeful. If a condenser change is on the horizon..this will be most helpful! Taran :thumb:

POST 6Original post

I'll add this to the list: 996 Turbo with Aerokit, but ideal for the 996. There's a few more screws than found on the Boxster http://www.fast911.co.uk/Bumper removal on 996 TT with Aerokit.doc

POST 11 / ORIGINAL POSTEROriginal post

Job done! Took off the nose and front wheel liners and fitted the GT3 lip spoiler, will post on the results in due course - too late to go out in her now. While I was at it I did the whole radiator and AC panel clean indicated on the link. Astonishing how much crap was in there and how blocked they were. Truly amazed they worked at all. Leaves, lots of dirt, dust, insects and even bits of birds! Fully rinsed out and cleaned. Well worth doing and if its just the nose removal you are doing, very straightforward.

This is a source reference. Confirm exact model applicability in the original material.
