Coverage and how to read this overview

Counts describe captured discussions, not unique people or a diagnosis. Author identities are not reliably stored. Exact duplicate evidence is counted once across matching discussions; one discussion counts at most once per action/state. Multiple repairs reported together remain a combination. Suggestions and failed attempts do not establish a fix. Matches cover whole discussions and can include related faults, model variants and incomplete threads.

8 eligible posts · 0 unverified posts · 1 discussions match the subject in their title or opening post.

0 acknowledgements have no verified action link; they do not establish a repair result.

I'm looking at some items. Prices are good but it's not clear what is happening with tariffs etc.

POST 2Original post

I am French but live on a French island 10,000 km away from France, so I face high shipping and customs costs. I use Rose Passion when I need a part quickly. The major issue is that they very often sell URO or aftermarket parts at prices only slightly lower than OEM. Consequently, I call or email before placing any order to verify the brand of the part, and I advise you to do the same.

https://www.dhl.com/discover/en-my/l...Tax-and-Duties This kind of helps. But maybe real experiences might be better to understand the reality of these additional costs.

Correct, I too got caught out by this with some suspension components I purchased off them. Very irritating.

Agreed, ordered some seals thinking they were OEM because they were 10 to 15% cheaper than OEM parts on D911, and got some no-name stuff. Actually checking every order manually before it gets shipped is r idiculous , I will actively avoid RosePassion until they implement a clear indicator if a part is OEM or not on their website.

POST 6Original post

I ordered the high pressure Power steering line from them early this summer. I wasn't exactly the right part, but it was close enough that I was able to make it work. The price was really good so I can't complain...

How much of an impact were the tariffs and mumbo jumbo at that time?

POST 8Original post

As far as I can remember the price I was quoted was the price I paid
