Coverage and how to read this overview

Counts describe captured discussions, not unique people or a diagnosis. Author identities are not reliably stored. Exact duplicate evidence is counted once across matching discussions; one discussion counts at most once per action/state. Multiple repairs reported together remain a combination. Suggestions and failed attempts do not establish a fix. Matches cover whole discussions and can include related faults, model variants and incomplete threads.

11 eligible posts · 0 unverified posts · 1 discussions match the subject in their title or opening post.

  • 911uk: 1 discussions

0 evidence records excluded for query context · 0 excluded by outcome qualification · 0 adjusted by outcome qualification.

0 acknowledgements have no verified action link; they do not establish a repair result.

POST 1 / ORIGINAL POSTEROriginal post

Hi im currently looking for one of the above. I currently own an evolution 8 fq360 and was wondering what the running costs are compared to my evo i.e petrol tax insurance . thanks john

POST 3Original post

Turbo servicing costs are much more than the 4S

POST 5Original post

Dave is the Man to run into cost on a TT.. :welcome:

POST 6Original post

Judging from the people who have come from Evos & Scoobies, most have said petrol and insurance costs have been lower for the non Turbo 996 cars. Perhaps they are at a par with the Turbo cars then? ~ Maxie

POST 7Original post

I came from an M3 CSL to a C4S and the running costs are lower believe it or not I'm not to keen on the styling of the Turbo, those side vents and spoiler just dont do it for me, otherwise I would have gone for it. C4S is a VERY capable car, you will love it :bandit:

POST 8Original post

That's praise indeed from a previous CSL owner!

POST 9Original post

Before my 02 Targa, I had an XKR and then an M3. The Porker is the cheapest to run by far. I travel 3 miles to work each day, and am getting 22mpg. On a run at 80, Ill see around 32mpg. Go for it!

POST 10 / ORIGINAL POSTEROriginal post

i am, im currently looking just dont know, if i should go for a better car on balloon finance or a cheper car on standard finance.

POST 11Original post

I get about 26-7mpg in my X50 Turbo, which isn't bad at all! I don't drive like a lunatic, but then I don't drive sedately either!
