I purchase the 710 thru Amazon for use on my 2 Benz, I did it that way so if I didn't like it, it would be easy to return, it has impressed me with its capabilities.

Hey guys , I currently own an enthusiast version Durametric . It works fine for scanning but a bit clumsy with having to use a laptop . I have an Autel also and it is easier/faster than the Durametric but neither can do any coding . My cars are a 99 996 C4 and a 02 986 S . I followed the PIWIS for cheap thread and I don't think I need/want all the capability it offers . Been looking at the Foxwell 710 scan tool . As an example I need to code out the rear spoiler function because I went to a ducktail spoiler . I understand the Foxwell can do that . So the best price I have found in the US is on ebay . Supposedly a long time seller with very good ratings , price is $215.00 with free shipping . Latest 2025 software and shipped from a US supplier/warehouse . Ali Express has the same unit ( supposedly ) for $140.00 with free shipping and also ships from the US . A $75.00 dollar difference is not easily ignored . But it's difficult to know if we are comparing apples to apples . With the ebay purchase if there are any issues hopefully they can be resolved in the US . Maybe not . Have any of you ordered a Foxwell 710 ? Where did you purchase from ? Any problems with the order or delivery ? Has the tool performed as expected ? The spoiler light is driving me nuts I need to get it coded out . Any advice appreciated . Thanks
