Picked up a Mobridge last night and now contemplating where to locate it in the front boot. I could take out the CD Changer and mount it in its place but has anyone kept the CDC6 in and mounted it in the trunk itself - have you velcro'd to the floor or side or elsewhere ??? Thanks for the ideas from any owners who have installed.... p.s. i want to do a self-install so no taking out the dash board to stick it in the inner cavities !!!

not sure of the connections you need to make but won't it fit behind the centre console. Under the oddment tray?

I installed a Dension Icelink about the glove box. It's a 10 min (max) job to drop the glove box unit out and then you have access to the area behind the stereo too for the power cable and MOST link. The Dension which I presume is a similar size to the Mobridge was bolted to the outside of the glovebox casing with the cables threaded through factory holes into the glovebox. The Dension was updated through USB so once installed you don't need access to the unit but it is still a quick job to drop the glove box out. There are lots of other places it would fit but I wanted it bolted so it would not be loose and rattle or be damaged. I also didn't have the CDC installed.
