I don't think so, the 23 is attached to the car via the CAN-BUS and use MOST to communicate with the CD changer and amp.

My CDR 22 is a bit temperamental now, so I want to upgrade. I quite fancy a CDR23- will it work on a pre MOST 2002 car? If so, anyone here got one to sell?

I don't think so, the 23 is attached to the car via the CAN-BUS and use MOST to communicate with the CD changer and amp. For it to work the car would need to have the CAN-BUS connection to the headunit and be coded to your car.

Hmmm. I wondered as much. If I got a Becker Grand Prix, would that just plug in and work through the Bose?

I wouldn't bother, i thought the CDR23 was rubbish and replaced it with a kenwood double din unit with satnav, blutooth, video, cd, ipod etc etc Great!!!!!!!!! :mrgreen:
