I need my front bumper ( 996tt ) resprayed.. its Lapis Blue.. anyone got this done and where ? Costs ? Cheers East London or even outside London ( up to 1 hour or so ) its ok. Just not Central London please.

Lapis is a difficult one to match, you'll get a few bodyshops suggesting blending so the front wings and bonnet might get mentioned when quoting. Beautiful, beautiful colour, I miss the Lapis on my old 4S

I can recommend Specialized Paintwork just behind OPC Reading, just off Junction 12 of the M4. They did work on my Arena red 993 which was simply stunning, and do loads of other Porsches. Budget on around £300 for the front PU. They will give a 10% discount if you are a Porsche Club member.

I found my bit of paper from an earlier enquiry... its £408 inc vat and discount for a front pu at Specialised, stripped and refitted. Its a similar amount to repaint a rear wing, i.e. to repair scratch damage I did with the rear wiper :frustrated:
