Explicit resolution reports before identified causes, performed actions and suggestions. Within each level, matching component labels precede direct query mentions and inherited thread context; successful versus unsuccessful discussion counts, owner confirmations and independent discussion support determine order. This is not a probability of success.

It's basically a modded std exhaust which RUF change the cats to 200 cell then remove some baffles, there's a large section of the box actually cut away, and then weld new twin tailpipes instead of the single outlet as standard.

Coverage and how to read this overview

Counts describe captured discussions, not unique people or a diagnosis. Author identities are not reliably stored. Exact duplicate evidence is counted once across matching discussions; one discussion counts at most once per action/state. Multiple repairs reported together remain a combination. Suggestions and failed attempts do not establish a fix. Matches cover whole discussions and can include related faults, model variants and incomplete threads.

4 eligible posts · 0 unverified posts · 1 discussions match the subject in their title or opening post.

0 acknowledgements have no verified action link; they do not establish a repair result.

POST 1 / ORIGINAL POSTEROriginal post

Finally got the time to bung this on before my trip to the classic le mans this weekend. It's a RUF exhaust which I bought from a colleague in the states, he got it from RUF directly about 2 years ago, ran it for 2k miles & then sold the car. It's basically a modded std exhaust which RUF change the cats to 200 cell then remove some baffles, there's a large section of the box actually cut away, and then weld new twin tailpipes instead of the single outlet as standard. I can now here the turbo's whistle and pop a little, the noise is about +20% on std witha nice rorty bark at around 4 to 5.5k. The cars feels like it has less lag but that may be in my mind........

POST 2Original post

Very nice Does it sound as sweet as the PSE though :?:

POST 3 / ORIGINAL POSTEROriginal post

nope, can't get that noise with forced induction........

POST 4 / ORIGINAL POSTEROriginal post

Update, after my trip to le mans. What a superb add this is for the turbo. Lag is significantly reduced and the punch in the mid range is a big improvement too. Obviously the car is breathing far better with the 200 cell cats. I wasnb't expecting such a noticeable improvement, well chuffed.
