I need to replace my fronts (currently running 235/40/18 N4 PS2s) as Pete at Centre Gravity advised me these are wrong size.

I'm trying to make sure I can have a matching set when it comes round to replacing the rears but am struggling to find anything other than N4s for the rears and as alluded to in post above, there is no N4 in 225/40/18 for the fronts...
Replace rears and buy a set of n4's thinking naturally

So you can easily make the same mistake as me with my C4S, need to replace your rears and buy a set of N4's thinking naturally to buy the latest revision then comes to replace the fronts the next year and realising you can't get N4's for them, can't imagine it makes a huge difference, the car still handles great and far better since I ditched the spacers but would have been nice to know before hand.

Guess its not the end of the world to run N4 on the rear and N3 on the front but would be nice to have them matching if its possible.

The problem is you need to buy N3's for the rear to get a matching set front and back since they made N4 295's to go with the N4 235's for the 996 GT3 but they never made a N4 225.

Counts describe captured discussions, not unique people or a diagnosis. Author identities are not reliably stored. Exact duplicate evidence is counted once across matching discussions; one discussion counts at most once per action/state. Multiple repairs reported together remain a combination. Suggestions and failed attempts do not establish a fix. Matches cover whole discussions and can include related faults, model variants and incomplete threads.

Hi Noel,
Now the fun starts. Let us know what "N" rated tyres you found that fit.
I was looking in December and struggled to find a matching set for front and back.

I had Conti Sport Contact 2's all round, needed new fronts.
My tyre fitter spoke to Conti, and they recommended Premium contact 6's
With hindsight I wish I had gone for Sport Contact 5's
Got an email from BlackCircles and they can offer -
Fronts
Michelin Pilot Sport 2 (225/40 R18 Y (92 )) (Porsche N3) (XL) with Fuel - E, Wet - A, Noise - 2-69dB
Rears
Michelin Pilot Sport 2 (295/30 R18 Y (98 )) (Porsche N3) (XL) with Fuel - E, Wet - A, Noise - 2-74dB
Anyone given these a whirl and can rate them??
Cheers
Yes, I put PS2s on my turbo a year ago - they are excellent and also wearing well considering it's a turbo! I live in Scotland and wet weather performance also good
Would put them on again - best choice IMO
Is it still possible to buy N3-rated PS2's in 295/30/18 fitment? Has anyone who's recently been looking managed to find any anywhere?
I need to replace my fronts (currently running 235/40/18 N4 PS2s) as Pete at Centre Gravity advised me these are wrong size. Mine's a 996.2 C4S so fronts should be the narrower 225/40/18.
My rears are correct fitment (295/30/18) N4 PS2s, however, treads are getting low and I'm likely to need to replace them shortly as well.
