Counts describe captured discussions, not unique people or a diagnosis. Author identities are not reliably stored. Exact duplicate evidence is counted once across matching discussions; one discussion counts at most once per action/state. Multiple repairs reported together remain a combination. Suggestions and failed attempts do not establish a fix. Matches cover whole discussions and can include related faults, model variants and incomplete threads.

You could try one of these:

You will find equivalents on eBay. They work on CR22's, so I think it would be OK on yours.
The parrot blue tooth system is a fantastic bit of kit that will allow connectivity of music streaming and more with your existing kit.
I have music player and sat nav ( from phone) streaming from my phone and also able to make very clear hands free calls through the original system.
Easiest is to fit a 3.5 mm aux socket, took me about an hour, once I'd sussed the wiring, CDR 22 wiring should be the same as CR21 I believe
If you have a search on the forum for aux you'll find quite a lot about this, eg

i've just done this to mine. google a company called hi-fi links ... he's on ebay too. stereo was a bit difficult to remove and needed becker specific keys as there are a couple of types ...

Hanford sell the removal tool. You need a Becker or blaupunkt or vw aux in cable.
It'll take less than half an hour to do...
The tools are fiddly, but once you've done it once it is easy. That doesn't help much...
I bought the aux cable and fitted it today, the head unit does not recognize my mobile when I connect it.
I bought the 3.5mm connector cable which has only the blue plug.
I connected it and it says no cd when I try to select that option.
I then connected the green plug as well,it then searches for the cd and then goes back to radio because it cannot find anything.
It looks like I am going to have to buy a different stereo if I want to connect my ipod or mobile so I can listen to music.
What is the name of the connection in the back of the stereo?
is it ISO 10487 ??
I am looking at a few different stereos and it seems I would need to buy the adapter cable to fit it.
What connection is the standard for car stereos?
After a bit of searching,I am thinking about a Sony MEX-BT4000U.
It seems to come with the cables needed to connect it,and seems to be able to connect a RM X4S to the steering column.

On the later CDR23 you hold TP for 8 seconds.
Thank you
