Looking at Ebay used Hoerbiger pump for my exact model, I can see dark deposit in each and every reservoir.

Hi Y'all, I recently had the Hydraulic cylinders controlling the convertible top rebuilt locally. While parts were away, i removed the Hoerbiger HB92948-002 996.561.060.00 pump to clean and flush the old fluid. Even after flushing 4 times with new fluid, I still can see dark deposit inside the plastic reservoir. The way the reservoir is secured to the bottom of the pump does not really allow for removal due to the 15 to 20 little latches that lock in a groove. Praying each of those latches seems unlikely, the plastic being 25 years old, it probably will snap easily. Not sure if there is a tool to unlatch that reservoir gracefully without damaging it. I can't seem to find anywhere bits & pieces for those Hoerbiger pumps, one would think that the reservoir would be consumable item and easily located on line. Do you know of a distributor carrying those plastic reservoirs? Hard to believe that you must buy a new or second hand pump if the reservoir is cracked or leaking. Any ideas out there?
