Coverage and how to read this overview

Counts describe captured discussions, not unique people or a diagnosis. Author identities are not reliably stored. Exact duplicate evidence is counted once across matching discussions; one discussion counts at most once per action/state. Multiple repairs reported together remain a combination. Suggestions and failed attempts do not establish a fix. Matches cover whole discussions and can include related faults, model variants and incomplete threads.

11 eligible posts · 0 unverified posts · 1 discussions match the subject in their title or opening post.

POST 1 / ORIGINAL POSTEROriginal post

Hi I am looking to purchase a 996 tt this week, I have located an x50 with 30k, 03/53 and 12months warranty, what id love to know is how much less do you think the standard 996 tt would cost. The x50 is available to me for £43k btw. Thanks in advance.

POST 4Original post

unless it's Forest Green with Savannah interior! :floor: PS: I'm allowed to laugh cause I've owned a car in that combination

POST 5Original post

I would have kept that quite  x50's are normally worth a few £ more

POST 6Original post

Is that Porsche warranty? If so, sounds like a reasonable deal if coming from a trader/dealer (as you have some protection against things failing that fall outside the warranty scope). However, I don't suppose for a moment that anything can be sold at the advertised price in the current climate (especially without a part-exchange to hide the discount), so I would haggle if I were you... I reckon you could get a similar car for a figure starting with a 3 if you are not desperate to buy that particular one...

POST 8Original post

They have been there for a while now..prices keep dropping :floor: ...why am I laughing..I just bought one :drive: Dan

POST 9 / ORIGINAL POSTEROriginal post

Hi X50, Hope you are enjoying your new x50,is it noticabily quicker than the non x50 ?

POST 10Original post

a tad quicker and a tag laggier (is that a word?) I would say that as i have a "normal" one. It's true though......... the k16's will spool up a bit faster but you get less of a bang when they come on song. Any turbo is a mighty quick car, what you save on a non x50 you could spend half on a decent remap, best of both worlds?

POST 11Original post

delivery feels totally different to me.... the k16s are quite linear and yes spool a fraction faster.... the k24's really do kick hard, a noticeable difference. Whenever I get into a k16 I keep waiting for the kick but it never comes, more like n/a delivery by comparison. Recommend anyone to try both. Even a remapped k16 feels totally different to the k24's in its delivery... just get a stronger linear delivery.
