It's not worth spending 300-400 dollars on changing your fog bulbs to HID's; I changed my low beams and I think that was definitley worth it.

It's not worth spending 300-400 dollars on changing your fog bulbs to HID's; I changed my low beams and I think that was definitley worth it.

In fact, I'm even thinking about getting their xenon match W5W bulb for the driving light when I get around to ordering the fog lights (I'm still debating because I barely ever use my fogs).

Hi. I would like to know if anyone install HID for the fog light as well on the Cayman S? I would like to get it for mine, but I am scared if the look is different than the headlight. Any suggestion? Also, if I install an aftermarket HID for my fog light. Will there be any error message on the car? Thank you.

HIDs, Xenon, are poorly suited as fog lights. To make an informed choice, read this first http://www.danielsternlighting.com/tech/lights/fog_lamps/fog_lamps.html Major aftermarket lighting vendors such as Hella and PIAA do not even make them in the their main marketing lines.

Let me give you a link, the pictures on their website say it all; they're the best out there for luxury brands. Plus they're about 30 bucks. Hoen all the way. OEM quality, same wattage as factory intended also which is nice compared to the 100w crazy purple lamps out there.

This is a source reference. Confirm exact model applicability in the original material.
