Coverage and how to read this overview

Counts describe captured discussions, not unique people or a diagnosis. Author identities are not reliably stored. Exact duplicate evidence is counted once across matching discussions; one discussion counts at most once per action/state. Multiple repairs reported together remain a combination. Suggestions and failed attempts do not establish a fix. Matches cover whole discussions and can include related faults, model variants and incomplete threads.

6 eligible posts · 0 unverified posts · 1 discussions match the subject in their title or opening post.

POST 1 / ORIGINAL POSTEROriginal post

To all you cabriolet owners out there, ahave any of you had experience with the Smart Top unit for allowing the roff to be dropped with one touch and on the move? I find it frustrating having to hold the button down, and I am considering this as a solution. Any thoughts? or alternatives?

POST 2Original post

I fitted one to mine shortly after getting it for the same reason. Very easy to fit and had no problems with it since fitting. It also allows you to keep the button pressed in case you only want to open/close it a bit if you need to. Its good to be able to use the rear windows as normal properly with roof down and open/close the roof at slow speeds on the move Dave

POST 3Original post

Hi Stuart, I have heard good things about this unit. Have not used it myself, however having a facelift car i can close/open the roof whilst moving and its great when your about to pull up to your destination as it saves a bit of time. It is a bit of a pain keeping the buttom pressed though!! Where have you seen the unit and how much is it?
