Coverage and how to read this overview

Counts describe captured discussions, not unique people or a diagnosis. Author identities are not reliably stored. Exact duplicate evidence is counted once across matching discussions; one discussion counts at most once per action/state. Multiple repairs reported together remain a combination. Suggestions and failed attempts do not establish a fix. Matches cover whole discussions and can include related faults, model variants and incomplete threads.

POST 1 / ORIGINAL POSTEROriginal post

At 60K miles, I purchased the Pelican Super Kit for this model ,plus a new Clutch Master and Slave Cylinder. The IMS bearing was previously replaced at 50K miles. Flywheel, Clutch and Pressure Plate was replaced with new parts and fasteners, all torqued to spec. The transmission throw-out bearing guide tube, throw-out bearing, transmission seal, pivot pin, pivot pin retainer, seat and clip and release lever, and transmission fluid replaced. The new Clutch Master Cylinder was installed, new DOT-4 and new Slave Cylinder was installed. Pressure bled the system per Porsche procedure. After reassembly, everything torqued to spec and bleeding, the hydraulic system the clutch failed to operate. The shift could not be forced into gear. It appears the clutch plate is not releasing from the from the flywheel. After rechecking every part and completing the 90 second bleed down, I could use some suggestions.
