Coverage and how to read this overview

Counts describe captured discussions, not unique people or a diagnosis. Author identities are not reliably stored. Exact duplicate evidence is counted once across matching discussions; one discussion counts at most once per action/state. Multiple repairs reported together remain a combination. Suggestions and failed attempts do not establish a fix. Matches cover whole discussions and can include related faults, model variants and incomplete threads.

9 eligible posts · 0 unverified posts · 1 discussions match the subject in their title or opening post.

POST 1 / ORIGINAL POSTEROriginal post

I cant pin it but I just cant get enough of this machine. I had a C7 vette and traded it on a Grand Cherokee SRT for year round fun. The vette sat and I drove the 996 more. I cant put it on any one thing but this car even though its 14yrs young does more for me than the corvette did. don't get me wrong I will always love vettes but Ive had them since 09. the flat six singing out there in the rear, the driver involvement, or maybe the mix of alittle old and little new. its just a different machine with the right mix.. Loving it more and more and cant get enough. Glad the weather here is getting nicer. Spit and shined and she ready to roll!

POST 2Original post

POST 3 / ORIGINAL POSTEROriginal post

POST 4Original post

Love the color combo on your 4S. As it happens, mine is exactly the same Did you restore the headlights? They look brand new.

POST 5Original post

Yes Jb1007 !!! Grins are fantastic and look backs are great too ! Ive put 100k miles on my daily driver, this C4s and it gets me every single day. It a easy hands down a win over the Vette.

POST 6Original post

Love these feel good post's! Enjoy every mile...

POST 7Original post

Enjoy!! I got rid of a Jeep Grand Cherokee Overland after I realized I was driving the 996 as my DD.

POST 8Original post

Nice post jb1007 and a super color. I agree, although I've never owned a vett, I love the complete package of the 911.

POST 9Original post

Probably the best color made by Porsche I made a similar choice, 996 C2 over a C5Z06 or C6. The p-car is just more usable fun and more comfortable for long trips.
