This is not a probability of success.

Ya I have bought TRW coffin arms in the past and fitted the central polybush, it was in fact the Powerflex purple ones, but not seen an entire arm assembly from a bush manufacturer before.

Coverage and how to read this overview

Counts describe captured discussions, not unique people or a diagnosis. Author identities are not reliably stored. Exact duplicate evidence is counted once across matching discussions; one discussion counts at most once per action/state. Multiple repairs reported together remain a combination. Suggestions and failed attempts do not establish a fix. Matches cover whole discussions and can include related faults, model variants and incomplete threads.

6 eligible posts · 0 unverified posts · 1 discussions match the subject in their title or opening post.

0 evidence records excluded for query context · 0 excluded by outcome qualification · 0 adjusted by outcome qualification.

0 acknowledgements have no verified action link; they do not establish a repair result.

POST 1 / ORIGINAL POSTEROriginal post

I came across these on the Powerflex website, complete replacement coffin arms with their own polyurethane bushes included. These are a new thing for me and never seen them before, does anyone have experience of using or fitting them? Any reviews, good or bad? https://www.powerflex.co.uk/product-details/Track+Control+Arm+&+Bush+Kit+(Adjustable)/13814.html https://www.powerflex.co.uk/product-details/Track+Control+Arm+&+Bush+Kit/13799.html

POST 2Original post

Been around since the ark was in use. Great but can be harsh and transmit vibration if the compound is too hard etc. Depends on the bush compound. Google is your friend.

POST 3Original post

Powerflex Is that correct? They would appear to only have been launched last year. https://www.powerflex.co.uk/blog/nl2020-32-porsche-track-control-arm-and-bush-kits

POST 5Original post

I was just talking about poly bushed arms generally. Apologies if you meant powerflex in particular.

POST 6 / ORIGINAL POSTEROriginal post

Ya I have bought TRW coffin arms in the past and fitted the central polybush, it was in fact the Powerflex purple ones, but not seen an entire arm assembly from a bush manufacturer before. Obviously you also have the connection linkages at either end that need to be of good quality so wondering about the quality of the part in general. Despite the name Chassis Technology Europe (CTE) appears to be a Taiwanese manufacturer and looking at their available range for my Gen 2 C2 these parts seem to be very cheap! Hence I am wondering if anyone has already gone down this path? https://www.cteparts.tw/search_en/?mkid=47&md=911+(996)&ty=3.6+Carrera|10.2001|08.2005&tag=new
