Read evidence and context

Explicit resolution reports before identified causes, performed actions and suggestions. Within each level, matching component labels precede direct query mentions and inherited thread context; successful versus unsuccessful discussion counts, owner confirmations and independent discussion support determine order. This is not a probability of success.

Coverage and how to read this overview

Counts describe captured discussions, not unique people or a diagnosis. Author identities are not reliably stored. Exact duplicate evidence is counted once across matching discussions; one discussion counts at most once per action/state. Multiple repairs reported together remain a combination. Suggestions and failed attempts do not establish a fix. Matches cover whole discussions and can include related faults, model variants and incomplete threads.

23 eligible posts · 0 unverified posts · 1 discussions match the subject in their title or opening post.

POST 7 / ORIGINAL POSTEROriginal post

yup HDR, just picked up my first 'real' camera and have been playing around with it a bit.

POST 12Original post

Clouds on horizon look surreal! Great photo! Pete

POST 15Original post

Awesome picture. How do you get high quality pictures on here since the file sized allowed to upload is so small?

Nice job. The clouds are especially ominous, which adds drama to the shot. Love it! I tried HDR only a couple of times and this is the only one that came out to my liking. Of course it would have been nicer if I bought my Porsche along and had it in the foreground.

It's not that small, really. Just resize the DPI to 72 since everyone is viewing on a screen. I usually go for something about an 18-22 inch wide and 72 dpi. Within PhotoShop I chose a JPG to save it as, and aim for something around a 450 k file size. The rest, is easy!

POST 21 / ORIGINAL POSTEROriginal post

thanks for the compliments guys! I find HDR (at least me for me) seems to give the best results with the slightly cloudy days. I always use a tripod. Just learning so will keep'em coming. UNfortunately the Pcar will be going to sleep in a couple of weeks and his flat 4 little bro will be coming out.

POST 23Original post

I agree. I think HDR works best with cloudy skies or as the sun is setting.
