Coverage and how to read this overview

Counts describe captured discussions, not unique people or a diagnosis. Author identities are not reliably stored. Exact duplicate evidence is counted once across matching discussions; one discussion counts at most once per action/state. Multiple repairs reported together remain a combination. Suggestions and failed attempts do not establish a fix. Matches cover whole discussions and can include related faults, model variants and incomplete threads.

1 eligible posts · 0 unverified posts · 1 discussions match the subject in their title or opening post.

0 acknowledgements have no verified action link; they do not establish a repair result.

POST 1 / ORIGINAL POSTEROriginal post

Hi guys, Hope you are all doing well. Need to ask a favour, does anyone have a rear shock kicking around for a 996.1 c2 coupe?? I fitted b4's to my car a few months ago, sadly one rear has failed prematurely. The place I got them from won't refund, only replace. I need to return the old unit for inspection, this leaves my c2 off of the road, and I'm not sure how long it will take, they said it could be a while. I wondered if anyone had an old spare or pair of rears for a c2 kicking around that I could take off their hands? Sadly I bayed the old ones oops. I've also promised the use of my car for something in the next couple of weeks so may be stuck. Cheers, Steve
