Explicit resolution reports before identified causes, performed actions and suggestions. Within each level, matching component labels precede direct query mentions and inherited thread context; successful versus unsuccessful discussion counts, owner confirmations and independent discussion support determine order. This is not a probability of success.

Coverage and how to read this overview

Counts describe captured discussions, not unique people or a diagnosis. Author identities are not reliably stored. Exact duplicate evidence is counted once across matching discussions; one discussion counts at most once per action/state. Multiple repairs reported together remain a combination. Suggestions and failed attempts do not establish a fix. Matches cover whole discussions and can include related faults, model variants and incomplete threads.

9 eligible posts · 0 unverified posts · 1 discussions match the subject in their title or opening post.

POST 1Original post

anyone know where it is on the car or how to get to it?

POST 2Original post

the obd port, if that's what you're referring to, is in the left footwell above the clutch pedal on u.s. cars.

POST 3Original post

Having seen the movie superbad, that sounds funny.

POST 5Original post

It's right next to the p*$$y-magnet. (Yes, I saw Borat...)

POST 6Original post

Judging by the picture, I'm guessing OP is an Audi guy. The software for clearing codes, etc on Audi and VWs is called Vag-com. Hence the Vag input question. .....I'm sure most of you know that, but I figured I let everyone else know!

POST 7Original post

does anyone know if its setup up the same as the audi vag cause my friend has the stuff to do his audi and was hoping it might work for my cayman

POST 9Original post

you might be able to get generic obd codes with a vag-com, but that's it. unfortunately we don't have a powerful tool like that available for porsches yet. the durametric tool can show porsche-specific codes and clear service reminders, but you cannot change any comfort settings like you can with the vag-com.
