Porsche 996 bore scoring references
Noise, oil consumption and inspection findings need context. Compare the observations and inspection evidence in each source without treating online examples as a diagnosis.
Search original discussionsKeep observations and findings separate
Write down the symptoms reported and what inspection, if any, was performed. A discussion asking about a noise has a different evidence status from a documented examination.
Check engine applicability
Sources may discuss several Porsche generations or engines in one video. Read the exact application and any exclusions in the source before carrying its conclusions over to a 996.
Compare outcomes in context
A proposed repair, an estimate and completed work are different records. Use the original references for dates, engine details and what the author says happened afterward.

Counts describe captured discussions, not unique people or a diagnosis. Author identities are not reliably stored. Exact duplicate evidence is counted once across matching discussions; one discussion counts at most once per action/state. Multiple repairs reported together remain a combination. Suggestions and failed attempts do not establish a fix. Matches cover whole discussions and can include related faults, model variants and incomplete threads.
